Mr. Shaeffer is Board Certified lawyer in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Tylden concentrates his legal practice on criminal defense at all levels of the law in San Antonio and other cities throughout central Texas.   He has handled thousands of cases as a Prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney.   Of those criminal cases, he has tried well over 100 cases to a jury.   He has defended his clients’ legal and constitutional rights from Dallas to Corpus Christi as well as from Georgetown to Del Rio.  He has handled many Driving While Intoxicated  (DWI) cases, having tried dozens of them to a jury.
